<p>Disclosed are a support device, support method, and computer program for supporting assaying by a professional regarding measurement value data for a metabolite or a metabolizing enzyme. A coordinate acquisition unit (3012) acquires position coordinates of metabolites and metabolic enzymes upon a metabolic pathway map. An association strength calculation unit (3015) calculates an association strength for each metabolic pathway from measurement value data of metabolites stored in the measurement value data storage unit (304). A displayed content determination unit (3017), on the basis of selection input for a metabolic pathway that has been received by the selection input receiving unit (3016), determines displayed content so that an increase or decrease of a measurement value of a metabolite existing at a position of coordinates acquired by the coordinate acquisition unit (3012) can be identified upon the metabolic pathway map, and displays the displayed content on a display device (102).</p> |
