The present invention relates to a Method of processing DNS request and DNS reply comprising steps of receiving a DNS request querying an IP address of a host by a DNS-Query processing unit, wherein the DNS request is submitted by a client, forwarding the DNS request to a DNS resolver and receiving a DNS reply, by the DNS-Query processing unit, processing the DNS reply using a ruleset by the DNS-Query processing unit.
