<p>The element (1) has conducting units formed of mesh (5) of metallic wires, metallic material layer and metallic film or coating, in contact with a dielectric material layer (3), and an electric connection unit i.e. conducting wire (9) for connecting the conducting units to a mass of structure, where the layer is a protective glass plate for a photoelectric cell. The mesh is placed against a surface of the dielectric material layer and maintained by adhesion units e.g. glue (7) or deposited under vacuum. The dielectric material layer is made of polyimide polymer.</p> |
