<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a sealant film and a laminate thereof for use in retort packagings, even when large-sized in a pouch, as have at the same time, well-balancedly at a high level, low-temperature impact resistance, heat sealability, bending-whitening resistance, orange-peel surface resistance, and blocking resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based film is made by melt film-forming a resin composition comprising (a) 80-96 wt.% of a propylene/ethylene block copolymer, (b) 2-10 wt.% of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymeric elastomer that includes a 3-10Cα-olefin and ethylene and has a density of 0.86-0.90 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, and (c) 2-10 wt.% of a polyethylene-based polymer having density of 0.94-0.97 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>. The polypropylene-based film is characterized in that the propylene/ethylene block copolymer (a) contains 75-90 wt.% of a xylene insoluble matter at 20°C, and this insoluble matter has an intrinsic viscosity ([η]<SB POS="POST">H</SB>) of 1.8-2.2 dl/g, and that soluble matter has an intrinsic viscosity ([η]<SB POS="POST">EP</SB>) of 2.5-3.3 dl/g, and besides [η]<SB POS="POST">H</SB>+0.6≤[η]<SB POS="POST">EP</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
