<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curing resin composition which uses no organotin compound, and has storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The curing resin composition includes (A) to (C). The (A) component has two or more hydrolyzable silyl groups in the molecule. The (B) component is represented by formula 1, wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom, wherein at least one of five R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>s is a fluorine atom.
