<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance-free servo valve that eliminates the need for the periodical exchange of filters and the periodical cleaning of the filters and nozzles. <P>SOLUTION: The filters F1, F2 arranged in passages can automatically be back-wash cleaned by periodically switching, by a switching mechanism 20, a flow of the first passage having the first nozzles 3a, 4a which are oppositely arranged with respect to one side surface of a nozzle flapper 2 and connected to one end of a spool 12, and a flow of the second passage having the second nozzles 3b, 4b which are oppositely arranged with respect to the other side surface of the nozzle flapper 2 and connected to the other end of the spool 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
