The invention relates to a mounting for speech valves and/or heat-moisture exchangers and heat-moisture exchangers suitable therefor, which are preferably used with tracheostomy dressings. The problem of specifying such a mounting, which firstly guarantees a firm positioning of a heat-moisture exchanger and a flat overall shape, and secondly guarantees problem-free interchangeability by the patient, wherein pressing the heat-moisture exchanger into the tracheostoma of the patient while changing and during use as a speech valve is to be avoided, is solved by connecting a tracheostomy dressing (1) fixedly and undetachably in the peripheral area (b) of the passage opening thereof to a disc (11) covering the stoma (4) and provided with an air passage opening (12), onto which disc a heat-moisture exchanger (2) can be glued detachably, said heat-moisture exchanger being provided on the surface thereof facing away from the stoma with a continuous air-impermeable surface lamination (21) and on the side thereof facing the disc (11) with at least one circumferential gluing surface (23). |
