<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a near-infrared absorbing particle, which has transmissivity sharply changed between wavelengths of 630-700 nm with high transmissivity in visible right area and low transmissivity in near-infrared area, and is excellent in moisture resistance; a method for producing the near-infrared absorbing particle; a fluid dispersion; a resin composition; an article having a near-infrared absorbing coating film; and a near-infrared absorbing article. <P>SOLUTION: The near-infrared absorbing particle is obtained by surface-treating a particle composed of a crystal of A<SB POS="POST">1/n</SB>CuPO<SB POS="POST">4</SB>with an alkoxide of metal M selected from the group consisting of Al, Zr, Ti and Sn. In the formula, A is one or more selected from the group consisting of alkali metal (Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs), alkaline earth metal (Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) and NH<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, and n is 1 when A is alkali metal or NH<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, and is 2 when A is alkaline earth metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
