<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-drawing apparatus which prevents bending of an non-plug-drawing metal pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The cold-drawing apparatus is used for manufacturing a metal pipe from a mother pipe with outer diameter D0 and thickness t0, and includes a pre-stage die which has die both angleθand die diameter D1, and a post-stage die which has die diameter D2 and satisfies the formula (1): 0≤(d1-D2)/d1×100≤1.0, wherein d1=D1+Δ/100×D1 (2),Δ=aX<SB POS="POST">1</SB><SP POS="POST">2</SP>+bX<SB POS="POST">1</SB>(3), X<SB POS="POST">1</SB>=(D0-D1)/D0×100 (4), a=Aθ<SP POS="POST">2</SP>+Bθ+C (5), b=Dθ<SP POS="POST">2</SP>+Eθ+F (6).
