<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply device that protects a battery and an electrode terminal from an impact of a vehicle collision. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle power supply device 1 includes a plurality of stacked battery cells 2. At both ends of the stacked battery cells 2 in the stacking direction, end plates 3 are disposed. The pair of end plates 3 holds the battery cells 2 from both ends thereof to be integrally restrained. A resin frame 4 is disposed between adjacent battery cells 2. A protector 6 is disposed on a surface where the electrode terminal 21 of the battery cell 2 is formed, so as to cover the electrode terminal 21.
