<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk feeder highly efficiently supplying a part by aligning and supplying the part stored in a storage chamber in a bulk state in the predetermined direction. <P>SOLUTION: This bulk feeder includes the storage chamber 14 storing a large number of parts PA1 in the bulk state, an air suction rotor 24 rotatably arranged so that a plurality of air suction holes 24b1 formed on a surface opposed to an outer surface of a right wall of the storage chamber 14, move in a predetermined circular track, a guide hole 15 arranged upward from below in the right wall of the storage chamber 4 along the predetermined circular track and covering its outside opening with an air suction hole forming surface of the air suction rotor 24, a supply groove 16 arranged upward in the storage chamber 14 from the upper end of the guide hole 15 along the predetermined circular track and covering its outside opening with the air suction hole forming surface of the air suction rotor 24, and a takeout port 17 of an upper surface opening arranged on the tip of the supply groove 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
