<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for heavy load where: separation at a folded portion of a carcass is prevented more effectively; and the durability of a bead portion is further improved. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire for heavy load has such a configuration that: a rubber portion 3a along the folded portion 1b of the carcass 1 of a stiffener rubber 3 is formed of a soft rubber material which is softer than a remaining portion 3b of the stiffener rubber 3; a rubber chafer 4 is disposed on the outside in a tire width direction of the folded portion 1b of the carcass 1; a stress relaxation rubber 7 covering an outermost side corner of an end of the folded portion 1b of the carcass 1 extended to the inside and outside in a radial direction is disposed adjacent to the outside of the tire width direction of the folded portion 1b of the carcass 1; a reinforcement rubber 8 is disposed between the stress relaxation rubber 7 and rubber chafer 4; and a relative magnitude relation in 100% moduli under the room temperature among the rubber chafer 4, soft rubber material of the stiffener rubber 3, stress relaxation rubber 7 and reinforcement rubber 8 is made to satisfy: rubber chafer 4>stress relaxation rubber 7>reinforcement rubber 8>stiffener rubber 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
