<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a suspension improving connection reliability between wiring and a magnetic head slider and preventing a connection terminal from being long. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic head slider mounting region of the substrate for the suspension includes: a first support part 40 that supports one side of a magnetic head slider; and a second support part 50 that supports the other side of the magnetic head slider and is formed at a position away from the first support part. The first support part is formed on a metal substrate and includes: a first insulation layer provided on the metal substrate; a first wiring layer provided on the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer provided on the first insulation layer and the first wiring layer; and a second wiring layer which is provided on the second insulation layer and is electrically connected to one side of the magnetic head slider. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
