<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth retaining wall structure for shield excavation, which can be adopted even in the case of a vertical shaft with a great depth, generating earth pressure and water pressure, applied to an earth-retaining back surface, at a certain level or above, while securing easiness of excavation by a shield machine. <P>SOLUTION: An earth retaining wall 1 for shield excavation includes a main structural wall portion 5 which is a concrete structure having a cuttable area 2 and which is reinforced with a metal reinforcement material, and a resin arrangement wall portion 3 in which a long resin body 6 is arranged. In the long resin body 6 which is a foamed resin molding reinforced with continuous fibers made of glass, a cubic lattice portion 11 is formed by making the plurality of long resin bodies 6 three-dimensionally cross each other.
