<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing method realizing easy edit and capable of reducing the editing work. <P>SOLUTION: According to the embodiment, a first manager manages a first field where a plurality of boxes are arranged and data can be described in the plurality of boxes without inputting a line feed code. A second manager manages a second field where a plurality of lines are arranged by inputting line feed codes and data can be described in the plurality of lines. A first transfer device transfers, in response to a transfer command, each piece of data of the plurality of boxes in the first field with a line feed code to the second field.
