<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld an outer circumference holding member for preventing any detachment in the axial direction between two disk members to the disk members in a small working space. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation-connection device (reclining device 4) of a vehicle seat includes a disk-shaped ratchet 10 and a guide 20 to be assembled in a relatively turnable manner, poles 30 for locking these components, and an outer circumferential ring 70 (outer circumference holding member) for locking detachment thereof in the axial direction. The outer circumferential ring 70 has a holding face part 71 to be abutted on an outer circumferential part (cylindrical part 12) of the ratchet 10, and is axially abutted on a thin-walled part 22a which is thin-walled in the axial direction and projected outwardly in the radial direction of the outer circumferential part 22 of the guide 20.
