<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of work including input work and image operation which are performed by using a plurality of displays with different resolution. <P>SOLUTION: A radiologist terminal 100 reduces the burden of a radiologist due to the increase of control input of a mouse M which is caused by movement of a mouse cursor between a display D2 on which a radiological image P is displayed and a display D1 on which an opinion input column W1 is displayed. In order to reduce the burden, the radiologist terminal 100 displays an opinion simple input window W2 in the vicinity of the mouse cursor on the display D2 and allows the radiologist to input information to be inputted to the opinion input column W1 displayed on the display D2 to the opinion simple input window W2 displayed on the display D2.
