<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest-mounting structure for a chair which does not require a special shape, processing, or the like of the side surfaces of a backrest to mount armrests thereon, which is applied to any backrest regardless of the presence or absence of the armrests, and with which the armrest is readily positioned and stably mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The backrest 3 has lower parts fitted to and supported by backrest-supporting rods 9 standing from the rear parts of leg body 1, the armrests 4 have mounting base portions 4a each having a lower end fitted to an upward projection 11a of an armrest-supporting device 11 which rises at a side end of a connecting rod 7 at the rear part of the leg body, and the mounting base portions 4a each having an upper end fastened to a side surface of the backrest 3 with a bolt 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
