<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system capable of surely and easily detecting a data error in a special environment exposed to radiation and preventing an occurrence of the data error; and to provide a data management method, an RFID tag, and a tag reader/writer. <P>SOLUTION: In this data management system for managing data communicated between a master and slaves via radiocommunication means in noncontact therebetween, the slaves include nonvolatile storage means storing data and redundant data for correcting an error of the data. The redundant data includes data that is encoded as a bit pair by assuming that either one of values of 0 and 1 represented by the respective bits of the data is defined as 01 and the other is defined as 10. In an error detection process, when the values of both bits forming the bit pair are 0 in the data read out from the nonvolatile storage means, a slave side control unit or a master side control unit determines that the bit pair includes an error. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
