<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism capable of surely locking a fixed state without the locked fixed state being carelessly released, and to provide a chuck device and fastener jig with the lock mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation control body 30 is provided for locking a fastening and fixing condition, and includes: a lock gear 34 whose rotation is fixed; a nut gear 32 whose axial and rotational directions are fixed; and a cam ball 33 and a guide groove 314. The lock and nut gears are formed of peripheral gears 325, 348 and ratchet gears 326, 346, respectively. The rotation control body switches a fastening locking state where the peripheral face gears 325, 348 mesh with each other in the axial direction, the ratchet gears 326, 346 mesh in a diameter direction, and the peripheral gears 325, 348 and the ratchet gears 326, 346 mesh with each other, and a lock release state where the mesh of the peripheral gears 325, 348 and the rachet gears 326, 346 is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
