Mfr. by moulding of construction elements comprising a plate of concrete jaing on one side porous terra cotta facing units joined with mortar or concrete, wherein the units are arranged in a desired pattern with the necessary gaps for mortar separating them and a layer of concrete is cast thereon, particles of fine sand being deposited in the interstices and on at least one part of the surface of the terra cotta units facing the bottom of the mould from aq. suspn. and part otherwise, so that compact regular joints are created, prior to casting the concrete.
