<p>Electrode consists of a support, with >=1, pref. two active surfaces, these being connected to support by an electrical conductor. Pref. flexible, allowing spacing between them to be modified and hence allowing adjustment of inter-electrode spacing in cell. The conductor is pref. elastic, urging the surfaces either to an open or closed position, and the spacing is maintained by suitable spacer bars, etc.</p> |
