<p>An outer casing (40) is partitioned, in a plan view, into a high-voltage transformer drive circuit block (40C) for disposing at least a high-voltage transformer drive circuit (30), a high-voltage transformer block (40B) for disposing at least a secondary side of a high-voltage transformer (20), and an ion-generating element block (40A) for disposing an ion-generating element (10). It is thereby possible to obtain an ion-generating device suitable for reduction in size and thickness, and an electrical apparatus mounted with the same.</p> |
