The present invention provides a method of analyzing albumin in a sample solution, which is characterized by a pretreatment method of the sample solution before applying to mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography, a method of accurately and stably analyzing amount of oxidized albumin and reduced albumin in a sample solution and a presence ratio thereof, and an albumin standard sample for accuracy control of albumin quantitative analysis.
