<p>A millimetre wave three dimensional holographic scan imaging apparatus comprises a millimetre wave transceiver antenna array 5 for transmitting and receiving a millimetre wave signal; a guide rail device 3, to which the millimetre wave transceiver module is connected in slidable form, such that the millimetre wave transceiver module is moveable along the guide rails 31 to perform a scan on an object to be scanned; wherein the scan performed by the millimetre wave transceiver module is a plane scan. The apparatus may further include a driver, by which the millimetre wave transceiver is connected with the guide rail device and which causes the millimetre wave transceiver to move along the guide rail. The guide rail may be arranged along a horizontal, vertical or any oblique direction. During scanning, the transceiver may move discontinuously, the transmitting frequency of the millimetre wave or the current of the transmitting or receiving antennae may be changed.</p> |
