<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint that reliably prevents a leakage of fluid even if refuse and dust are adhered to the tip of a plug, facilitates the operation of an outer cylinder, can be simplified in a seal member, and can be reduced in size even if the joint is required to be compact in size by diameter reduction. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe joint includes a plug 1 and a socket 4. The plug 1 has a groove 11. The socket 4 has a main cylinder 5 formed with a penetration hole 52, an inner cylinder 6 arranged at the internal peripheral side of the main cylinder 5, an outer cylinder 7 arranged at the external peripheral side of the main cylinder 5, and a locking member 8 arranged in the penetration hole 52. In the pipe joint, seal parts are formed at least at three or more points between the tip 13 of the plug and the inner cylinder 6, between a portion at the tip side rather than the penetration hole 52 of the main cylinder 5 and the plug 1, and between the locking member 8 and the internal peripheral end of the penetration hole 52 while the plug 1 and the socket 4 are connected to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
