<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logical NOT type electronic circuit with a boot-strap function, in which an improper operation is prevented by preventing a drop of output voltage and which secures a long operation time. <P>SOLUTION: A logical NOT type electronic circuit comprises a load transistor, a driver transistor part, a charging transistor, and a boot-strap capacitor. The logical NOT type electronic circuit inverts a phase of an input voltage and outputs the voltage from an output part. The logical NOT type electronic circuit further includes an inverter circuit for inverting a phase of a voltage to be input and outputting the voltage.
