<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide log information so as to accurately determine whether a physical location of a problem is on a client side or a server side in shorter time than before, when an entire processing time of a transaction is long. <P>SOLUTION: A processing result acquisition unit 112 adds processing identification information to a first processing request received from a terminal and transmits a second processing request based on the first processing request to a processing server through a communication unit 115. A generation unit 113 generates screen drawing information from a processing result received from the processing server. A measurement unit 111 measures a generation time required for generating the screen drawing information. A log processing unit 114 transmits the screen drawing information and the generation time to a terminal through the communication unit 115 and receives the generation time, a drawing time required for drawing a screen based on the screen drawing information on the terminal, and an entire processing time from transmission of the first processing request to completion of the screen drawing from the terminal.
