<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical adjusting method and an adjusting jig that can accomplish adjustment in a state in which the best wavelength resolving performance is achieved. <P>SOLUTION: An adjusting jig A for optical adjustment having on a jig base 19 a light source 16 and an optical element 17 that converts light from the light source into a parallel luminous flux and is so preset as to precisely convert the light emitted from the optical element 17 into a parallel luminous flux is made ready; this adjusting jig A is arranged on an optical path; the parallel luminous flux emitted from the adjusting jig A is delivered to a first mirror 2; light reflected and condensed by the first mirror 2 is let pass an inlet slit 1 to cause a luminous flux pattern to be displayed on an image observing member 23 arranged in its vicinity; and the first mirror 2 is focused by so shifting the first mirror 2 or the inlet slit 1 as to achieve an appropriate luminous flux pattern on the basis of this luminous flux pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
