<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet excellent in appearance uniformity, regardless of the uniformity of cleanliness of a base steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the high corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet excellent in appearance uniformity, which has a hot dip galvanizing layer comprising 4-22 mass% Al, 1-6 mass% Mg, and the balance Zn with unavoidable impurities on the surface of the steel sheet, wherein a degree of unrecrystallization of a surface layer of the base steel sheet is≥30% and an average diameter of a ternary eutectic phase of Al/MgZn<SB POS="POST">2</SB>/Zn among a constituent phase of a plating layer is 10-100μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
