An electrostatic atomizing apparatus (1) is provided with a discharge electrode (2), a water feeder (3) for supplying water to the electrode (2), and a high voltage supply (4) configured to generate a high intensity electric field to electrostatically atomize the water supplied to the discharge electrode (4). The electrode (2) and the high voltage supply (4) are held by an identical circuit substrate (5).
