摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce magnetic flux passing through a stator without having a complex rotor structure arranging a magnet on a rotor core and field-weakening control. <P>SOLUTION: When a rotor 14 rotates at a prescribed high rotation speed, a centrifugal force applying to an end member 42 forces a magnetic material 46 to close and come in contact with an end face 14a in a rotation axial direction of the rotor 14. A short magnetic path which returns a part of magnetic flux from N pole of a permanent magnet 32 to S pole of the permanent magnet 32 through the magnetic material 46, is formed at outside ends in the rotation axial direction of the rotor 14, and therefore the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 32 linking with a stator winding 22 is decreased. In this case, it is not necessary to change a structure of the rotor 14, but it is necessary to just attach the end member 42 to the outside ends in the rotation axial direction of the rotor 14 so as to facilitate manufacturing the structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
