<p>The invention provides a liquid crystal material coating device and a liquid crystal material coating method, which can make a liquid crystal material drop down in a micro distance in a trace amount, and thin a liquid crystal material layer of a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal material is coated on a substrate by the liquid crystal material coating device. The liquid crystal material coating device comprises a liquid crystal material storage mechanism (22) for storing the liquid crystal material, an internal pressure control mechanism (16a,17,20) connected with the liquid crystal material storage mechanism (22) and used for keeping the internal pressure of the liquid crystal material storage mechanism (22) in the preset range, and a coating mechanism (11) connected with the liquid crystal material storage mechanism (22) and used for coating the liquid crystal material on the substrate in an inking way. The internal pressure control mechanism comprises a gas supply part (18,18a) for supplying atmosphere or any gas to the liquid crystal material storage mechanism and a negative pressure supply part (17,17a,20) for supplying the negative pressure to the liquid crystal material storage mechanism.</p> |
