<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transfer opposing belts while pressing sliding surfaces of the opposing belts with the uniform surface pressure with graphite of a pressing frame. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous press device includes: a pressing frame 2 for pressing opposing belts 5 from a back side 5B; a positioning mechanism 1 for setting the belt spacing of the opposing belts 5 to be a set spacing; and a temperature control mechanism for heating or cooling graphite 3 arranged on a sliding surface of the pressing frame 2. In the continuous press device, the pressing frame 2 is connected to the positioning mechanism 1 on the same plane as the sliding surface 2X of the opposing belts 5. The positioning mechanism 1 adjusts the vertical position of the pressing frame 2, and sets the belt spacing of the opposing belts 5 to be the set spacing. The continuous press device heats or cools the opposing belts 5 by the temperature control mechanism via the graphite 3, and transfers a workpiece 9 in a press state while making a pressure-heated state or a pressure-cooled state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
