<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire which can stably manufacture a tire of high quality without damaging the durability of a mold 6. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes a process (1) for introducing a low cover R into an opened mold 6, a process (2) for closing the mold 6 to clamp the same by a first clamping force, a process (3) for supplying a heating medium into heaters 8, 10 and 12 to heat the low cover R, a process (4) for further clamping the mold 6 by a second clamping force larger than the first clamping force and a process (5) for supplying a pressure medium into a bladder 4 to pressurize the low cover R.
