<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a multistage reaction in a fluorous multiphase system dispensing with concentration operation in the middle of synthesis, usable of a separated fluorous phase for the next reaction as it is, because a multistage synthesis of a natural product or its analog by a fluorous method is performed efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: In this fluorous uneven multiphase reaction method in a fine channel, a fluorous solution acquired by dissolving an organic compound having a fluorous tag bonded thereto into a fluorous solvent is brought into contact in the fine channel with a non-fluorine solution acquired by dissolving a non-fluorous compound into a non-fluorine solvent immiscible substantially with the fluorous solvent, to thereby perform a reaction between the organic compound having the fluorous tag bonded thereto and the non-fluorous compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
