<p>The present invention provides a detection system using a nucleic acid probe which is commonly used in a measurement system using a recombinase (e.g., nucleic acid amplification reaction). Specifically, the present invention provides a method for detecting a target nucleic acid, comprising measuring the target nucleic acid using a cleavage enzyme, a recombinase, and a probe having characteristics of the following (a) to (c):
(a) being a single-stranded nucleic acid molecule comprising a pair of regions capable of complementarily binding to each other, and a region capable of complementarily binding to the target nucleic acid;
(b) comprising a site to be cleaved by the cleavage enzyme; and
(c) having a terminal label.</p> |
