A rectifier of an AC generator for a vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention includes a first FET and a second FET which are arranged on a frame. The first FET includes a first body part which is in contact with the frame, a first lead part which is located on the first body part and is composed of two leads, and a first connection part which connects the first body part to the first lead part. The first body part is a drain. One of two leads of the first lead part is a first gate lead part which is a gate. The other lead of the first lead part is a first source lead part which is a source. The second FET includes a second body part which is in contact with the frame, a second lead part which is located on the second body part and is composed of two leads, and a second connection part which connects the second body part to the second lead part. The second body part is a source. One of two leads of the second lead part is a second gate lead part which is a gate. The other lead of the second lead part is a second source lead part which is a drain. |
