<p>The present invention relates to a vegetable cereal, which is manufactured by the following steps of obtaining vegetable pieces by cutting vegetables into a certain sized pieces; naturally drying the vegetable pieces for 10 to 15 hours including an exposure of the same to the sunlight for 4 to 9 hours; and drying the naturally dried vegetable pieces with use of hot blast, and a manufacturing method thereof. In the present invention, rice is cooked having vegetable cereals which harmonizes with white rice, flavor and texture beautifully and is allowed to restore color and shape of vegetables with use a simple process, thereby enabling all people to eat without any burden and having an outstanding effect on a nutrient and a diet aspect.</p> |
