<p>The present invention relates to a circuit for detecting rotor position, a motor driving control apparatus and a method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the circuit for detecting rotor position comprises: a sampling unit for sampling and providing multiple phase currents flowing multiple phases of a motor; and a comparison unit for comparing the sampled multiple phase currents to each other and determining a phase having a maximum value or a minimum value.</p> |
