The present invention relates to a method for preparing a native wild grass fermented liquid, capable of improving the medical efficacy of native grass, and to a method for a native wild grass fermented liquid prepared using the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing native wild grass; freezing the native wild grass; thawing the native wild grass; adding 60-80 parts by weight of sugar on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the thawed native wild grass to mix the native wild grass and the sugar; and putting the native wild grass and the sugar in a container of a ceramic material, followed by natural fermentation at room temperature for 3 weeks to 6 months.
