The real estate certification/information sheet providing method includes the steps in which: the real estate information providing local server evaluates a real estate certification electronic document and provides the evaluation result of the document to the real estate information providing nationwide server according to the evaluation result if the real estate information providing local server receives the real estate certification electronic document from the terminal of a real estate manager; the real estate information providing local server receives a real estate certification electronic document of another area from the real estate information providing nationwide server and provides the document to the terminal of the real estate manager if the real estate information providing local server receives a transmission request of the real estate certification electronic document of another area from the terminal of the real estate manager; the real estate information providing local server provides a corresponding face to the real estate information providing nationwide server if the real estate information providing local server receives a reliability level of an evaluation score of the real estate certification electronic document of another area from the terminal of the real estate manager; and the real estate information providing local server changes status information of the real estate certification electronic document of another area according to the reliability level of the evaluation score of the real estate certification electronic document of another area and provides the corresponding fact to the real estate information providing local server.
