<p>PURPOSE: An oil-in-water cosmetic composition is provided to ensure excellent durability and easily cleanse only with water. CONSTITUTION: An oil-in-water cosmetic composition contains 15-40 weight% of acrylate alkyl polymer emulsion, wax and surfactant. An oil component further comprises dispersant or oil. The acrylate alkyl polymer emulsion is alkyl acrylate or acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate polymer. The oil component also comprises wax of high melting point, thickener, and/or butter.</p> |
