In a rectifier of an AC generator according to one aspect of the present invention, a diode chip is arranged on the concave part of a frame. A lead wire is arranged on the diode chip. A solder is located on the upper and lower sides of the diode chip. The diode chip is conductively connected to the lead wire and the frame. The concave part is filled with sealants to fix the diode chip. The lead wire is a copper cable. |
