R includes at least one element among Ca, Mg, Sc, Gd and Lu. M includes at least one element among Si, Ge, C and Sn. L includes at least one element among B, Al, Ga and In. O is oxygen. N is nitrogen. An element of Q is a rare-earth element and includes at least one among Eu, Ce, Sm, Eu, Yb, Dy, Gd, Tm and Lu. x has a range of 0<=x<=0.2. y is 0<m<=4. z is 0<n<=4 and includes a range of 6<z<38.</p> |
