<p>The present invention relates to an image processing apparatus and a controlling method thereof. The image processing apparatus according to the present invention includes a reception unit which receives an image of a major channel; and a control unit which controls the reception unit in order to receive any one major channel selected by a user among multiple major channels, and controls to select any one minor channel depending on the selected major channel in case multiple minor channels are included in the selected major channel. Thereby, if a user selects a major channel only, any one minor channel can be automatically selected among multiple minor channels which are included in the major channel depending on the selected major channel.</p> |
