<p>The present invention relates to a beverage extraction apparatus from a capsule for containing a beverage raw material using a screw, and the present invention comprises: a frame; a capsule holder formed on the lower side of the frame and storing a capsule for containing a beverage raw material; a fluid supply unit installed on the upper side of the capsule holder so as to move up and down, stored in the capsule holder, and supplying fluid in the capsule for containing a beverage raw material; a screw mounted to be rotatable on the fluid supply unit and raising and lowering the liquid supply unit by rotation movement; and a motor which forwardly and reversibly rotates the screw.</p> |
