<p>PURPOSE: Conductive composite fiber including an internal core and outer sheath is provided to improve usability of the fiber by improving electrical property of the fiber with the outer sheath consisting of polyamide and carbon nano-tube. CONSTITUTION: Conductive composite fiber comprises a core made of a synthetic fiber material(1) and outer sheath(2) consisting of 80~99% of polyamide by weight and 1~20 % of carbon nano-tube by weight applied on the exterior of the core. A cross section ratio of the outer sheath is 5~90 % based on the entire cross section of the fiber. The core is made of synthetic fiber formed with polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polystyrene, polycarbonate and polyamide.</p> |
