<p>An ultraviolet light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer which is arranged on the first conductive semiconductor layer and emits light of an ultraviolet wavelength band, a first semiconductor layer of a second conductive type which is arranged on the active layer, a second conductive reflection layer which is arranged on the first semiconductor layer of the second conductive type and reflects the light with a different reflectivity according to the incident direction of the light emitted from the active layer, and a second semiconductor layer of the second conductive type which is arranged on the second conductive reflection layer. The second conductive reflection layer and the second semiconductor layer of the second conductive type have uneven parts, and a concave side exposes the first semiconductor layer of the second conductive type.</p> |
