<p>The present invention relates to a method for treating food waste and, more specifically, to a method for treating food waste, which comprises the steps of dehydrating materials after grinding collected food wastes and sorting foreign materials; having dehydrated cake be composited, fermented with methane, fermented with alcohol, or made into feeds; reacting waste water which is a liquid remaining after dehydration lime and fly ashes to convert water-soluble organisms, liquid organisms, and salt into a water-insoluble material; putting cellulose powder before dry distillation in the water-insoluble material, and compounding; coagulating and precipitating to remove solids; and biologically treating with aerobes. For the same, the method for treating food wastes of the present invention is characterized by comprising a pretreatment step, a waste water treatment step, a composition step, a methane fermentation step, an alcohol fermentation step, a feed formation step, and a deodorization step.</p> |
